[Registration No.: 201501041553 (1166874-W)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 August 2026, entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Luke Shu Ern Huong, Seu Nga @ Peter Shu, Tan Chin Moy and Yap Sin Hoe to acquire 102,000 ordinary shares in Blue Fortress Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 200901003025 (845952-T)], representing 51.0% equity interest in BFSB, for a total consideration of RM25.5 million.
