References are made to the announcements dated 25 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 7 August 2025, 23 January 2026, 4 February 2026 and 22 July 2026 in relation to, amongst others, the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 19 August 2026, resolved to approve the application for an extension of time of 6 months (i.e., from 7 August 2026 to 6 February 2027) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
