On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has on 20 August 2026 fixed the issue price for the third tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0584 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM0.0584 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0054 or approximately 8.5% to the 5-day VWAMP of the Shares up to and including 19 August 2026 of RM0.0638 per Share.
