Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 April 2026, 16 April 2026, 19 May 2026, 28 May 2026 and 10 July 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that, on 20 August 2026, the High Court issued the following decisions:

(i) The leave application to commence judicial review proceedings has been granted with no order as to costs.
(ii) An interim stay has been granted pending the decision on the inter partes stay application.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
