The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 24 August 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") issued by a customer ("Employer") to perform contract works as main contractor for the design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 33kV interim power for data centre at Banting Tech Park ("BTP"), Banting, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, for contract sum of RM69,160,400.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Nine Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred only) ("Contract Sum") inclusive of Sales and Service Tax.
