On behalf of the Board of Directors of RGT ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake an establishment of an employees' share option scheme ("ESOS") of up to 15% of the total number of issued shares of RGT ("Share(s)" or "RGT Share(s)") (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time over the duration of the ESOS to the Eligible Persons (as defined herein) ("Proposed ESOS").
