The Board of Directors of PMW ("Board") wishes to announce that its subsidiary, PMW Concrete Industries Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200501015120 (692167-W)], had on 26 August 2026 received an optional value contract dated 25 August 2026 ("Optional Value Contract") from Tenaga Nasional Berhad [Registration No. 199001009294 (200866-W)] ("TNB") for the additional supply and delivery of spun concrete poles of various sizes for use in TNB's distribution network.
