Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 21 August 2026 and 24 August 2026 in relation to the freezing of six (6) bank accounts ("Accounts") maintained by Khee San Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("KSFI").

The Board of Directors of KSB ("Board") wishes to announce that the freezing order imposed on the six (6) Accounts has been uplifted on 27 August 2026 at around 7.30 p.m. Accordingly, the Accounts have been unfrozen and are now available for use by KSFI.

The Board is of the view that, following the uplifting of the freezing order, the immediate operational implications arising from the freezing of the Accounts are expected to be substantially mitigated. Based on the information currently available to the Board, the matter is not expected to have a material financial impact on the Group.

The Company will continue to monitor the matter and will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
