Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 22 May 2026 in relation to the legal proceedings initiated by Intra Design Sdn. Bhd. ("Plaintiff") against Lebtech Construction Sdn. Bhd. ("LCSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lebtech Berhad, at the Shah Alam Sessions Court under Suit No. BA-A52C-11-05/2026.

The Board of Directors of Lebtech wishes to announce that the parties have amicably resolved the matter and a Consent Judgment was recorded by the Shah Alam Sessions Court on 18 June 2026.

Pursuant to the Consent Judgment, LCSB has agreed to pay the Plaintiff a total sum of RM100,000.00 as full and final settlement of the matter, payable in four (4) instalments, with the final instalment due on 1 September 2026.

There is no order as to costs.

The settlement is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
