The Board of Directors of WCT Holdings Berhad ("WCT" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, WCT Berhad ("WCTB"), had on 28 August 2026 executed and accepted a letter of award dated 28 August 2026 issued by Pelangi Pasifik Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TRX City Sdn Bhd.

The letter of award for WCTB is to undertake and execute the works for the project comprising the following at a contract sum of RM600,887,586.69 (the "Contract"):

    Cadangan Pembangunan 1 Blok Pejabat 41 Tingkat yang mengandungi:

    Fasa 1:    1.  Sebahagian Jalan Penghubung 

    Fasa 2:    1.  2 Tingkat Besmen Tempat Letak Kereta Dan Ruang Mekanikal

                    2.  4 Tingkat Podium Tempat Letak Kereta Dan Ruang Mekanikal

                    3.  14 Tingkat Ruang Pejabat Beserta Dengan Ruang Kemudahan, Ruang Komersil Dan Ruang Mekanikal  

    Fasa 3:    1.  27 Tingkat Ruang Pejabat

    Di atas Lot 20076 (Plot 7) Dan Sebahagian Lot 20077 (Plot 8), Seksyen 67, Tun Razak Exchange, Jalan Tun Razak/Jalan Davis, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

The scope of works under the Contract shall include but is not limited to civil and structural works, architectural works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, facade works, landscaping, external and other associated works.   

The works under the Contract are to commence from 1 December 2026.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the award of the Contract.
