The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PT. Daxen Agrotech Nusantara ("Daxen Agrotech"), a subsidiary of the Company, which is held 90% by DXN and 10% by DXN International Holdings Limited, a company duly established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, had on 27 August 2026 commenced the members' voluntary winding-up process and appointed Messrs. Afdalis, S.H., M.H., Febri Maulana, S.H., and Feri Pranata Ginting, S.H. as the liquidators of Daxen Agrotech.
 

Daxen Agrotech is currently dormant and have no intention to carry on business or operation in the future.
 

The members' voluntary winding-up of Daxen Agrotech is not expected to have any material financial and operational impacts on DXN Group for the financial year ending 28 February 2027 and no material losses are
expected to arise from the members' voluntary winding-up of Daxen Agrotech.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the members' voluntary winding-up of Daxen Agrotech.
