The Company has resolved to change its financial year end from 30 April 2026 to 31 October 2026. The rationale for the change is to better align the financial reporting cycle with the Group business cycle, operational requirements and strategic technology partnerships; enhance resource planning and performance evaluation; and facilitate the timely preparation and evaluation of financial information to support tender submissions to government agencies and government-linked agencies.
