Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SEACERA wishes to announce that Seacera Care Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has not extended any loans/advances to any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there was no outstanding loans/advances as at 26 June 2026, being within the financial quarter ended 30 June 2026.
