The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that GBS Energy Sdn. Bhd. ("GBS Energy"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 28 August 2026 received a letter dated 17 August 2026 from Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia that GBS Energy has been selected as a successful bidder for Feed-in Approval for the year 2026 under the FiT system for the development of 3.0 Megawatt ("MW") biomass plant in PT 5019, Mukim Teja, Kinta, 31600 Gopeng, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

The successful application is for a total installed capacity of 3.8 MW and net export capacity of 3.0 MW under biomass category.
