Query Letter Contents

We draw your attention to the sharp fall in the price and high volume of your Company's shares today ("trading activity").


In light of the above and in order for investors to be able to make informed investment decisions, you are requested to respond, after making due enquiry with your directors, major shareholders and such other relevant persons, to the following queries immediately for public release in accordance with paragraph 9.11 of Listing Requirements :

1. Whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decisions
2. Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of Bursa Securities LR;      
3. Whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and       
4. Whether you are in compliance with the Bursa Securities LR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa securities LR on immediate disclosure obligations.

We refer to the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 28 August 2026 ("Query Letter") in relation to the recent sharp fall in the price of shares of Zetrix AI traded on Bursa Securities ("Trading Activity").

 

Following due enquiry with our directors and major shareholders, and having made all reasonable enquiries with such other relevant persons, the Company's responses to the queries raised in the Query Letter are set out below:

 

  1. The Company confirms that there is no corporate development relating to the Zetrix AI Group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced, including any that is at the stage of negotiation or discussion, which may account for the Trading Activity.

     

  2. The Company understands that there may be unfounded rumours or speculation linking the Company to the former Human Resources Minister who is being charged at the Sessions Court on 28 August 2026. The Company wishes to clarify that it is not implicated in, nor associated in any way whatsoever with, the former Human Resources Minister, Datuk Seri M. Saravanan, in relation to the three charges of graft brought against him on 28 August 2026 at the Sessions Court concerning the approval of foreign worker quotas. The Company understands that these unfounded rumours or speculation linking the said charges to the Company, may have contributed to the Trading Activity. The Company wishes to emphasise that there is no basis for such rumours or speculation, and the Company is not aware of any connection between the said charges and the business and affairs of the Zetrix AI Group.

     

  3. Save for the matters set out in item 2 above, the Company is not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the Trading Activity.

     

  4. The Company confirms that it is in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities on immediate disclosure obligations.

This announcement is made pursuant to Paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and has been reviewed and endorsed by the Board of Directors of the Company.
