| Working experience and occupation | Dato' Shaharudin bin Mohd Sa'ad is a Member of the Cooperative Board of CoopBank Pertama ("CBP") and has held this position since December 2020. Dato' Shaharudin has also served as the Head of Business Cooperative Retail and various head of department at Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad.
He has previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Koperasi Kakitangan Bank Rakyat from 2007 to 2010 and subsequently from 2011 to 2020. He has also served as a Member of the Internal Audit Committee of ANGKASA since 2012, and as Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee of ANGKASA from 2020 to 2021 and from 2024 to present.
In addition, he served on various committees of the Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM), including the Cooperative Education Trust Fund Committee from 2015 to 2021, the Cooperative Development Committee from 2021 to 2023, the SKM Scholarship Evaluation Committee from 2015 to 2021, and has been a Member of the Cooperative Tribunal Panel since 2022.
Outside the cooperative sector, he has served as a Trustee of the Endowment of Yayasan Canselor Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) since April 2019, was Treasurer of Surau Al-Barakah, Bank Rakyat from 2018 to February 2021, and has been Chairman of the Association of Certified Integrity Officers of Selangor (ACEIO) since 2022. |
