We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 February 2026, 13 July 2026, 20 July 2026, 22 July 2026, 24 July 2026, 27 July 2026, 28 July 2026 and 11 August 2026 in relation to the Final Dividend.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, KSL will be issuing 35,638,678 New Shares pursuant to the DRP. The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 83.67% of the number of 42,593,713 New Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the DRP had all the entitled shareholders of KSL elected to reinvest the electable portion of their Final Dividend into New Shares.
