We refer to the announcements dated 12 June 2026, 29 June 2026, 6 July 2026, 21 July 2026 and 30 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed ESOS ("Announcements") and the announcement on the outcome of meeting of THMY's annual general meeting ("AGM") on 2 September 2026. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that as the ordinary resolutions pertaining to the Proposed ESOS were not approved at the AGM, the Proposed ESOS will not be implemented.
