We refer to Zetrix AI Berhad's (the "Company") announcement dated 1 September 2026, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:

1. To clarify if the 15,253,893 Shares to be purchased represents the full 50% held by Next Lion in MYEG Ventures. To also clarify if how MYEG Ventures will be accounted for in the Company's financial statements after the Proposed Acquisition.

2. In the Company's latest annual report, it was disclosed that MYEG Philippines, Inc. is a 49% joint venture held by the Company. However, in the announcement dated 1 September 2026, it was disclosed that MYEG Ventures holds 60% shareholdings in MYEG Philippines Inc and MYEG Philippines Inc is an associate of the Company.

In this regard-

(A) to reconcile the differences and to clarify the shareholdings held by the Company in MYEG Philippines Inc before and after the Proposed Acquisition.

(B) to explain the basis of the disclosure that MYEG Philippines Inc will become a subsidiary after the Proposed Acquisition.

3. To provide the quantitative basis of determining the Purchase Consideration and the reasons that the Board deemed that the Purchase Consideration is justified.

4. To state the fixed issue price of the Consideration Shares and the basis of determining the fixed issue price. To also state the (i) specific number of Consideration Shares to be issued and (ii) the amount of cash to be paid (if applicable) and source of funding to settle the Purchase Consideration.

5. To provide financial information of MYEG Ventures including but not limited to its net profits attributable to owners and net assets.

6. To provide the estimated timeline for fulfilment of Conditions Precedent.
