The Board of Directors of PLYTEC ("Board") wishes to announce that PLYTEC Formwork System Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("PFWSI" or "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 September 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with J.P. Lim & Sons Sdn. Bhd. ("Vendor") for the acquisition of a parcel of freehold vacant land held under Geran 33014 Lot 2613, Mukim Tanjong Duabelas, Daerah Kuala Langat, Selangor ("Land") for a total cash consideration of RM6,208,127.50 ("Purchase Consideration"), subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
