Further to our announcement dated 28 August 2026, the Board of Directors ("Board") of TT Vision Holdings Berhad ("TTVHB") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TT Vision Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("TT Vision") had on 7 September 2026 awarded the construction of new factory building cum office building ("Buildings") on a parcel of industrial land  known as Plot 81A, Bayan Lepas Industrial Park, Penang ("Land") to an independent party, Yu Tong Construction Sdn. Bhd. ("Yu Tong" or "Contractor") after successful tender by the said Contractor ("Letter of Award").The total contract sum in relation to the Letter of Award is approximately RM92 million. The Contractor shall enter into a formal agreement with TT Vision on or before 10 October 2026 or such other date as mutually agreed between these two parties involved. With the construction of the Buildings, there will be additional built-up area of approximately 153,000 square feet and this will cater for future capacity expansion of TTVHB group.
