- EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, MNHB wishes to announce that the Company had made an offer of options under the ESOS ("ESOS Options") on 9 September 2026 to eligible persons to subscribe for new shares in the Company under the Company's ESOS.
