Further to the Announcements made, the Company wishes to announce that Total IPCO had, via its solicitors, filed a Writ of Summons dated 9 September 2026 and Statement of Claim dated 9 September 2026 in the High Court of Pulau Pinang against the Defendants ("Suit").
