We refer to the announcements dated 21 August 2026, 24 August 2026 and 28 August 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 11 September 2026 ("Price Fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.8400 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0200 or 2.33% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of PRB Shares up to and including 10 September 2026, being the last trading date immediately preceding the Price Fixing Date, of RM0.8600 per Share.
