We refer to the Company's announcement dated 21 September 2026, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

       
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") wishes to reiterate that timely, accurate, and comprehensive disclosure of material information is fundamental to a sustainable and well-functioning capital market. In accordance with Bursa Securities' Corporate Disclosure Policy as provided for under Chapter 9 of the Listing Requirements, listed corporations are required to disclose key material information relating to the corporate transactions. For avoidance of doubt and as clarified under paragraph 1.15 of Corporate Disclosure Guide issued by Bursa Securities, listed corporations shall not rely on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as the grounds to withhold material information, as doing so may prevent shareholders and investing public from making informed investment decisions.

 

In this respect, please furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

 

1) The identity of the lessor including the name of the company, names of its directors and shareholders together with their respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings in percentages.

Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 21 September 2026 in relation to the Lease Agreement.

 

The Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to announce the additional information in relation to Lease Agreement as required by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad via its letter (ref no: IQL-22092026-00002) dated 22 September 2026.

 

The details of the additional information are set out below:

 

1) The identity of the Lessor including the name of the Company, name of its directors and shareholders together with their respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings in percentages.

 

The Lessor is TCC Plantation Sdn. Bhd. ("TCC") [Registration No. 201201012491 (986008-U)], a private company limited by shares incorporated in Malaysia, with its business address at Topah Baru Estate, Semeling, 08100 Bedong, Kedah, Malaysia. TCC is the beneficial owner of the Demised Premises and is principally engaged in the business of oil palm plantation and investment holding.

 

The directors and shareholders of TCC, together with their respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings, are as follows:
