KIA LIM BERHAD ("KIA LIM" OR THE "COMPANY") - OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPOLYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce the following offer of options to eligible Directors and employee to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") under the Employees' Share Option Scheme of the Company ("ESOS") which will be expired on 22 June 2036.
