- FORMATION OF LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP") COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Shareholders approval on the LTIP, which also has taken effect on 15 September 2026, the Board of Directors ("the Board") of MCHB wishes to announce the formation of LTIP Committee to implement and administer the LTIP of the Company in accordance with the By-Laws of the LTIP.


The composition of the LTIP Committee is as follows:
(a) Datuk Seri Kamaludin bin Md Said (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Chairman
(b) Loo See Mun (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member
(c) Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan (Group Managing Director) - Member
