RNG TECH BERHAD ("RNG" OR "THE COMPANY") - RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS ("RRPTs") OF A REVENUE OF TRADING NATURE

Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements ("AMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of RNG wishes to announce that the subsidiaries of the Company, had in ordinary course of business, entered into RRPTs as disclosed in Section 2 below with the related parties, and the aggregated value of the such RRPTs transacted during the period from 7 July 2026 ("Listing Date") to 28 September 2026 ("Transacted Value") has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% as prescribed under Rule 10.09(1)(b) of the AMLR.
