The Board of Directors of Infomina wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia, namely Infomina Pty Ltd ("Infomina Australia") on 29 September 2026.

The issued and paid-up share capital of Infomina Australia is AUD100.00 (equivalent to approximately RM285) comprising 100 ordinary shares of AUD1.00 each.

The incorporation of Infomina Australia is in line with Infomina's international business expansion plan. The principal activities of Infomina Australia are the provision of technology hardware, software, consultancy, support and services.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest in the incorporation of Infomina Australia.
