Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 2 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of TGS TW PLT ("TGS") as the External Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of TDH wishes to announce that the Company has received the written consent to act from Kudos SBC PLT ("Kudos") to act as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. Kudos shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

The appointment of Kudos takes effect upon TGS ceasing to hold office as the External Auditors of the Company following the expiry of twenty-one (21) days from the date of TGS's Notice of Resignation dated 28 August 2026, pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016.
