We refer to the Company's announcements dated 1 October 2025, 10 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 31 October 2025, 8 December 2025, 13 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 12 February 2026 and 15 September 2026 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

PETRONAS Gas Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("High Court") has, at today's hearing, granted the orders approving and sanctioning the following, pursuant to Sections 366 and 370 of the Companies Act 2016:

1. the Scheme of Arrangement; and

2. the transfer and/or vesting of the Gas Processing Business, Gas Transportation Business and Utilities Business to PG Gas Processing Sdn. Bhd., PG TransCo Sdn. Bhd. and PG Utilities East Sdn. Bhd., respectively, 

(collectively, the "Court Orders"),

to effect the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

The extraction of the sealed copies of the Court Orders will be made in due course. The Court Orders will become effective upon the lodgement of the office copies of the sealed Court Orders with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, subject to the terms of the Court Orders.

Further developments on the Proposed Internal Reorganisation will be announced in due course.
