Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company's announcements dated 8 April 2026, 20 May 2026, 11 June 2026, 24 July 2026, 27 July 2026 and 28 August 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements").
We refer to the Announcements.
On behalf of Infoline, MBSB IB wishes to announce that the Parties to the Proposed Acquisition have, on 7 October 2026, mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period of Lot 10 SPA by an additional 2 calendar months up to 7 December 2026.
Further, the Parties have agreed to the following amendments (as underlined) of the SPAs:
(i) The definition of Completion Period stipulated in Clause 5.2(C) of the Lot 11 SPA (which is also disclosed in item 3.2(C) of the salient terms of Lot 11 SPA in Appendix II of the announcement dated 8 April 2026) be amended to read as follows:

(ii) Clause 12.1 of the SPAs (which is also disclosed in item 5.1 of the salient terms of Lot 10 SPA and Lot 11 SPA in Appendix I and Appendix II respectively of the announcement dated 8 April 2026) be amended as follows:

The Vendor shall deliver vacant possession of the Land and Property in the same state and condition (fair wear and tear excepted) as at the date of the inspection (if applicable, otherwise as at the date of this Agreement), free of Encumbrances and without any occupants including squatters, equipment and/or junks, within five (5) Business Days from the Completion Date ("VP Date")
The Vendor shall deliver vacant possession of Lot 10 and Lot 11 simultaneously in the same state and condition (fair wear and tear excepted) as at the date of the inspection (if applicable, otherwise as at the date of this Agreement), free of Encumbrances and without any occupants including squatters, equipment and/or junks, within five (5) Business Days from the date on which the Vendor's Solicitors have received in full the respective Purchase Price, together with late payment interest, if applicable, in respect of both Lot 10 and Lot 11 ("VP Date").
