(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSALS")

We refer to the announcements dated 25 November 2025, 26 November 2025, 17 April 2026, 7 May 2026, 29 May 2026 and 25 September 2026 in relation to, among others, the Share Capital Reduction ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 October 2026 received a notice dated on the even date issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming the reduction of share capital of the Company. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction is effective as at 13 October 2026.
 

Following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company as at 13 October 2026 is RM50,112,342.94 comprising 2,143,233,547 Shares.
