Gamuda Berhad [Co. Regn. No. 197601003632 (29579-T)] ("Company" or "Gamuda") wishes to announce that an unincorporated joint venture ("Joint Venture") comprising Gamuda and MiTAC Information Technology Corp., a Taiwan-based company (Co. Regn. No. 53000774) ("MiTAC") was awarded the Design and Build of Keelung Mass Rapid Transit Systems and Trackwork Project in Taiwan R.O.C ("Project") by the Department of Rapid Transit Systems, New Taipei City Government, an MRT division established under the New Taipei City Government ("New Taipei City Government"), on 14 October 2026.
