Each Free Warrant entitles the registered holder to subscribe for one Share at any time including and commencing from the first anniversary of the issue date of the Free Warrants for two years (“Exercise Period”) at the exercise price subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 14 May 2012 constituting the Free Warrants.
The Free Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will lapse and thereafter cease to be valid for any other purpose.
