We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 28 August 2018, 29 August 2018 and 27 February 2019 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Company, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had today informed Bursa Securities that it intends to lodge an appeal within the 30-day timeframe from the date of Bursa Securities’ decision letter dated 27 February 2019, pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(4) of the Listing Requirements.
