| The Warrants 2010/2015 were initially issued with an exercise price of RM0.20 for one (1) ordinary share of RM0.20 each in Ho Wah Genting Berhad (“HWGB”). In accordance with the provisions of the deed poll of the Company dated 2 March 2010 and as a result of the renounceable rights issue of up to 152,094,853 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in HWGB (“Rights Shares”) on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every four (4) ordinary share of RM0.20 each in HWGB (“HWGB Shares”) together with one (1) free Warrant for every two (2) Rights Shares held at the Entitlement Date (“Rights Shares”), the number of Warrants 2010/2015 was revised by the issuance of an additional 4,291,073 Warrants 2010/2015. In accordance with the provisions of the deed poll of the Company dated 2 March 2010, the said adjustments pursuant to the Rights Issue have taken effect from 25 August 2011, being the commencement of the next market day following the entitlement date for the Rights Issue. The additional 4,291,073 Warrants 2010/2015 will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares on 28 September 2011, whereupon the entitled Warrant Holders are eligible to exercise the said additional Warrants 2010/2015. The Notice to Warrant Holders containing details of the adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants 2010/2015 pursuant to the Rights Issue was despatched to the holders of the Warrants 2010/2015 on 26 August 2011. The amendment is made to the Revised Exercise/Strike/Conversion Price whereby the amount has now been amended to RM0.20. This announcement is dated 28 September 2011. |
