Bonus issue of 235,456,618 free warrants In GFM Services Berhad ("GFM Services")("Bonus Warrants") on the basis of one Bonus Warrant for every two existing ordinary shares in GFM Services ("GFM Services Shares") held by entitled shareholders of the Company ("Entitled Shareholders") at 5.00 pm on 18 January 2019
Each Bonus Warrant entitles the holder of the warrant to subscribe for one new GFM Services Share at the exercise price of RM0.38 at any time during the exercise period of 3 years expiring at 5.00 p.m. on 28 January 2022, subject to the provisions of the conditions as set out in the deed poll dated 10 January 2019 constituting the Bonus Warrants ("Exercise Period"). Any Bonus Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the maturity date of the Bonus Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 4 February 2019.
