MYCRON STEEL BERHAD ("MYCRON" OR "COMPANY") ISSUANCE OF 21,756,070 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY TWO (2) RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED TO THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF MYCRON PURSUANT TO THE RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 43,512,144 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN MYCRON ("MYCRON SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE FOR EVERY FIVE (5) MYCRON SHARE HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 31 DECEMBER 2018 AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.30 PER RIGHTS SHARE
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new Mycron Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 7 December 2018 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 30 January 2019.
