| Working experience and occupation | Dr. Wong Jeh Shyan graduated as an architect from National University of Singapore. He joined CommerceNet Singapore Limited from 2000-2010 serving as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). He was the CEO of MOC Capital Berhad from 2014-2017. Dr. Wong currently serves as director in Miracle Land Holding Berhad, ALPS Global Holding Berhad and Venture Equity Berhad. He is also a Principal Partner in Arris Venture, a Malaysian Venture Capital company. He specialises in corporate restructuring and corporate turn-around; revenue streams development and cashflow management; mergers and acquisition.
