DEFERMENT OF DE-LISTING OF EVERMASTER GROUP BERHAD

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 60407 OF 2011

The High Court in Sabah and Sarawak had today granted an interim order for a stay against the de-listing of the securities of EVERMAS from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("the Interim Stay Order").

The Interim Stay Order is in effect until the High Court's determination of EVERMAS’ application for a stay of the execution of the Court Order dated 28 February 2011 which dismissed the Company’s application for a judicial review of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")’s decision to de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities.

In the circumstances, the removal of the securities of EVERMAS from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 3 March 2011 will be deferred until further announcement by Bursa Securities.
