Contents	We wish to announce that a fire (“Fire”) occurred at about 5.50 a.m. on 16 January 2011, at the plating department of the factory premises of Prodelcon Sdn Bhd (“Prodelcon”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, located at Plot 78, Lintang Bayan Lepas 7, Phase IV, Kawasan Perindustrian Bayan Lepas, 11900 Pulau Pinang. Prodelcon’s principal activities are the manufacture of high precision tooling, die-sets, semiconductor moulds and parts and high precision components, jigs and fixtures and the design and manufacture of turnkey automation system. Based on the latest audited financial statements of the Company, which is for the financial year ended 31 December 2009, on a consolidated basis, Prodelcon is not a major subsidiary of the Company. There is no human casualty. The cause of the Fire is still being investigated. This factory is insured with fire insurance and all consequential loss. Prodelcon will be making an insurance claim in respect of losses caused by the Fire. An assessment on the financial impact caused by the Fire is being carried out. The management of Prodelcon is taking remedial action to minimise disruption to their operation at the plant, by sub-contracting all plating work to identified external parties, whom are regular vendors of Prodelcon. Apart from the plating department, the other departments and other operations of Prodelon are not affected by the Fire. More information will be released when it becomes available.
