Contents	The Board of the Directors of Nam Fatt wishes to announce that Agenda Istimewa Sdn Bhd (AISB or Vendor), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nam Fatt has on 23 November 2010 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Premium Bahagia Sdn Bhd (Purchaser) for the disposal of development lands, the description of which is set out below (AISB Lands) for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 8.3 million only (Disposal Consideration). Please refer to the attachment for the details of the Disposal. This announcement is dated 23 November 2010.
