Issuance of 182,234,783 warrants ("Warrants") in K-One Technology Berhad ("K-One Tech" or "Company") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 existing ordinary shares in K-One Tech held after the Bonus Issue of Shares as at 5:00 p.m. on 26 December 2018 ("Free Warrants Issue")
The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of K-One Tech on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 existing ordinary shares held in K-One Tech after the Bonus Issue of Shares as at 5:00 p.m. on 26 December 2018. Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in K-One Tech at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 11 December 2018, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period (as indicated above) will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 7 January 2019.
