ContentsWe refer to the Company’s announcements made on 12 May 2010, 1 June 2010, 1 July 2010 and 2 August 2010 pertaining to PN1 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the announcement on 31 May 2010 on the Writ of Summons received and the announcement on 12 August 2010 on the Proposed Debt Restructuring Scheme.

The Company wishes to further announce that the Company had submitted an application to Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (“CDRC”) to mediate between TRACOMA and its financial creditors which was accepted by CDRC on 11 August 2010. CDRC has allowed the Company six (6) months to complete the Proposed Debt Restructuring Scheme commencing from 11 August 2010.

Any updates will be announced in due course.
