We wish to announce that VS-C16 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 14 October 2019 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
= Number of VS-C16 x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of VS-C16 x RM0.03464
The Closing Price of RM1.2866 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the VS Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
