We wish to announce that YINSON-CY expired at 5.00 p.m. on 14 October 2019 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
= Number of YINSON-CY x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of YINSON-CY x RM0.32888
The Closing Price of RM6.7233 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the YINSON Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
