Reference is made to D'nonce Technology Bhd's ("the Company") announcement dated 19 June 2019.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company's appeal to the Court of Appeal against Encl 76 ( the Company's appeal against the High Court's decision to join as parties to Suit 41, namely Lim Teck Seng, Ng Kok Wah, Dato’ Yeo Boon Leong, Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah Bin Raja Hussin and Chuah Sue Yin) in Suit 41 ("Appeal 1147") was struck off from the register with no order as to costs, on 29 October 2019. Accordingly, this appeal no longer subsists and as of now Lim Teck Seng, Ng Kok Wah, Dato’ Yeo Boon Leong, Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah Bin Raja Hussin and Chuah Sue Yin remain as Defendants in Suit 41.
