With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 40,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of WPRTS, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. WPRTS-C3 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The WPRTS-C3 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2019 and the Term Sheet for the WPRTS-C3 dated 03 October 2019. A summary of the principal terms of the WPRTS-C3 is set out in Table 1.
