The MMCCORPC16 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 7 May 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MMCCORPC16 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 May 2019, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 September 2019 and the Term Sheet for the MMCCORPC16 dated 2 October 2019.

The MMCCORPC16 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the MMCCORPC16 is set out in Table 1.
